I bought this bath and shower gel about 2 years ago and it lasted me for a while. When it did run out I wasn't sure it would still be available to buy, so I was happy when I saw that it was. I really love the smell. Great shower gel.

My review started as a 1 star. You can see the original review below. I’ve amended it to 5 stars based on the responsiveness of the customer service team. Lizzie in Customer Support was extremely helpful and professional. I was offered a replacement item or a gift card, I opted for the replacement item. This level of support is what reinforces customer loyalty.
The product is visually appealing and worked well initially. Unfortunately, it broke within 2 weeks with limited and standard use. The large roller disconnected from the metal tines and dropped out. The tiny plastic inserts that fit inside the large roller then also dropped out. It’s a shame as I expected better from Cowshed.
