Our return policy
We hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you wish to return something, you may do so provided that the item(s) are unused and in perfect condition, complete with original packaging. Please note, we're unable to process exchanges.
You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund.
Personalised/ monogrammed items are non-returnable.
Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return with them directly.
All other terms and conditions related to returns and refunds apply.
How to return
We hope that you will be happy with your order, however, if for any reason you wish to return something us for a refund you may do so within 28 days of receipt provided that the item is unused, in perfect condition and complete with original packaging.
We offer a free returns for our UK customers, please contact support@cowshed.com and we will supply you with a QR code to drop of your goods at a collection point convenient to you. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns outside of the UK, we recommend you select a tracked service to ship the items back to us so we can process your refund.
UK - How to I return an item?
For all returns, please contact support@cowshed.com stating the reason you need to return with your order details. We will then supply you with a digital free shipping code. The goods must be returned unused and in perfect condition complete with original packaging so take care to ensure you have securely packaged up your return.
Rest of World - How to I return an item?
- We do not offer a free returns service; we therefore ask that you use a fully tracked service with any reputable carrier.
Please note that Cowshed cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.

How will I know if you have received my return?
Please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt so you can ensure that your return reaches us successfully.
You will receive email confirmation once your return has been received and your refund completed.
How long will it take for my funds to be returned?
We aim to process your return within seven working days of receipt into our warehouse.
Your refund will be made via your original method of payment, please note it may take 5-10 working days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
I received a faulty or incorrect item, what happens next?
We're very sorry you've experienced an issue with your online order.
If you need to return your items owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery, please contact our Soho Support team directly.
If possible, please also take clear photos which reflect the issue so we can resolve as efficiently as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are in place to protect your rights. You have up to 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel it.
Contact our Soho Support team with your name and order number and we can advise you on the next steps.
