Not quite right?

It happens. If your order isn’t quite what you had in mind, you can now start your return online - no need to contact us.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to send unwanted items back to us. Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, ready to make their way back safely.


How it works

Returns are now handled through our self-serve portal. Return requests can only be submitted after the order is fulfilled.

Enter your order details in the portal and follow the steps to create your return. Once your parcel reaches us and has been checked by the team, we’ll process your refund and send you confirmation.

Bought somewhere else?

If you bought your Cowshed products from one of our retail partners, please arrange your return directly with them.

Damaged or faulty?

If something has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact Customer Care here with your order number, description of the issue and any photos. We’ll help put it right.

Refunds

A small return fee of £3 will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. We’ll email you when it’s done.

Please keep hold of your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.

We do not offer a free returns service; we therefore ask that you use a fully tracked service with any reputable carrier. 

Please note that Cowshed cannot accept responsibility for lost returns packages, so please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.
