Tax and duties
European orders
Customers placing orders for delivery to European Union destinations will be the importer of record in the destination country.
We will pay all applicable import taxes and duties before the goods are delivered on the customer’s behalf. There will be no additional amount to pay after the order has been placed.

International orders outside the EU
International orders outside the EU are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.
Your order may be subject to taxes, duties or fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges must be paid before your order can be released by customs.
We cannot control or predict these charges, and we are unable to refund them. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
UK - Returns Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return an item. Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, ready to make their way back safely. Returns deduct a small fee of £3 from your refund. For more information visit our Returns Page
