How much is delivery and how long will it take?
UK Delivery Information
Due to the volume of orders received during Summer Sale, there may be a slight delay in dispatching your order. Please kindly note, our Next Day service is unavailable during Sale.
UK Mainland Standard Delivery // UK mainland orders are shipped on a 3-5 day service, Monday to Friday. // FREE on all orders over £50 // £4.95 on orders under £50
UK Mainland Next Day Delivery* // Next Day service is available, Monday to Friday. Please place your order before 5pm to guarantee next day delivery. Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched the next working day. // £6 on all orders
*Orders placed during the weekend and UK bank holidays are not available for next day delivery
UK Mainland Nominated Day Delivery // Nominated Day service is available Monday to Friday, up to 4 weeks from the date of your order being placed. Nominated day is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays and the days directly following a bank holiday. // £6 on all orders
Ireland, Highlands and Channel Islands Standard Delivery// Please expect delivery within 3-7 working days of placing your order, Monday to Friday. // FREE on orders over £100 // £9.95 on orders under £100
BFPO // We are able to deliver to BFPO addresses. Please place your order on a UK Mainland Standard Delivery.
International Delivery Information
For international orders, please allow between 3-5 working days for dispatch. Delivery times will vary according to region. Please note, international deliveries may be subject to additional handling charges. Taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges also vary and are calculated and charged when your package reaches its destination country. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery.

Please note that due to delivery restrictions, we are unable to ship Nail Paints, Room Fragrance Spray and Room Diffusers outside the UK.
How will my package arrive?
All packages will be sent in a Beauty branded box, the size of which is determined by the number and sizes of products ordered.
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. We offer a free returns service for our UK orders via Royal Mail. Please note, customers returning international orders are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] for further assistance.
For UK orders, just follow these simple steps to return your item(s) via Royal Mail
- Ensure you return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging
- Complete the Return Code column on your Delivery Note and place it in the parcel
- Attach the pre-paid returns label provided with your order to the front of your parcel
- Take your package to any post office counter and ask for a proof of postage.
Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
We aim to process your return within 7 working days of receipt into our warehouse. The refund will be made to the same card or paypal account used to make the purchase. Please note, it may take 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account- this will vary from bank to bank.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
