In light of Covid_19 restrictions, we're taking additional precautions alongside our delivery partners and have removed 'signed for' deliveries; all small item orders are now 'contactless' safeguarding both drivers and our customers.
We are unfortunately unable to offer next day delivery at this time.

Delivery to the UK


For delivery within the UK we offer the following options:

UK Standard Delivery: £4.95, free on orders over £50
Orders are dispatched on a 3-5 day service with our delivery partner Hermes, delivered Monday to Saturday.*

UK Next Day Delivery: £6.00 - We are unable to offer this service until further notice.
Orders placed before 5pm, Monday to Friday will be delivered the following day by Hermes. Orders placed over after 5pm, Friday to 5pm, Monday will be delivered the following Tuesday*

Islands & Highlands Standard Delivery: £9.95, free on orders over £100
Orders are dispatched on a 3-5 day service with our delivery partner Hermes, delivered Monday to Saturday*

Please note that Next Day Delivery may not be available during sale or promotional periods

Delivery to a BFPO Address


We are able to deliver your Cowshed Order to a BFPO address, please select our UK Standard Delivery service at checkout.

Delivery to Europe


For delivery within Europe we offer the following option:

EU Standard Delivery: £19.99


Your order will be dispatched from our UK distribution centre with our delivery partner DHL, you can expect to receive your order within 5-10 working days.* Orders will be delivered Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays, between 9am-6pm, local time.

Delivery to the Rest of the World

For delivery to the rest of the world we offer the following options:

Standard Delivery Middle East: £26.00

Regions including but not limited to: Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Lebanon, Oman

Standard Delivery Asia: £42.00

Regions including but not limited to: China, Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore

Standard Delivery South America: £48.00

Standard Delivery Australia: £35.00

Standard Delivery New Zealand: £43.00

Tax & Duties

Please note that we ship all international orders on a 'Delivered Duties Unpaid' (DDU) basis.

Your order may be subject to charges or fees imposed by your local customs authority. Payment of these will be necessary to release your items from customs on arrival.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount or offer a refund for them.

We recommend that you contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery.

Returns

Our Return Policy

In light of Covid_19 restrictions, we have now extended our returns policy from 14 to 90 days until further notice. All other terms and conditions related to returns and refunds apply.

We hope that you will be happy with your order, however, if for any reason you wish to return something us you may do so provided that the item(s) are unused and in perfect condition, complete with original packaging. Please note, we're unable to process exchanges.


You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund.

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return with them directly.

How to Return


For all returns, please complete the Return Code column on your Dispatch Note and include inside your parcel. The goods must be returned unused and in perfect condition complete with original packaging so take care to ensure you have securely packaged up your return.

We include a Royal Mail Free Returns Label inside all our UK orders, simply attach the pre-paid label to the front of your parcel and take your return to any UK Post Office counter

For our customers outside of the UK, we do not offer a free returns service so we ask that you use a fully tracked service with any reputable carrier. Please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt so you can ensure that your return reaches us successfully.

Receiving Your Refund


We aim to process your return within 7 working days of receipt into our warehouse, you will receive email confirmation once your return has been received and your refund completed.

Your refund will be made via your original method of payment. We advise that it may take 5-10 working days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

Exclusions


You can can return any unwanted item to us within 14 days of receipt providing that it is unused and in perfect, resalable condition complete with original packaging.


Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return with them directly.

Faulty Return

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact our Customer Care team directly.

Where possible, please also take clear photos which reflect the issue so we can resolve as efficiently as possible.

Missing Return or Refund


If you have checked your tracking information and can see that 7 working days have passed since your return was received by our warehouse please email our Customer Care team.

Please ensure you include your name, your order number, the item(s) returned and your return tracking information to allow us to look into your query without further delay.

Cancelling an Order


The Consumer Contracts Regulations are in place to protect your rights. You have up to 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel it.
