Keeping you safe during COVID-19

We’ve introduced several protection and social distancing measures to keep our team and customers safe, in addition to the below please contact your local site for specific guidelines and restrictions.
How are we keeping you safe during COVID-19?

We would like to like to let you know how we will continue to operate our sanitation in response to COVID-19. Our spa has always upheld strict hygiene practices and the well-being of our guests is our priority. We would like to reassure you that our protocols will continue to maintain the highest level of hygiene practices, so you can feel safe and protected while you're with us.

  • Exceeding all local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene
  • Prohibiting employees who have a fever or are sick from engaging with guests
  • Training employees on sanitation and hygiene standards
  • Fully sanitising all treatment areas between each service

Prior to check-in, all guests will have the option to have a temperature check via a scanner.

For the time being we have made the decision that all customers and staff will be required to wear a face mask while inside Cowshed, we will require proof of mask exemption if you are not able to wear a mask. Please note this also includes all waiting areas and retail

We kindly ask that you only arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment as we have limited seating.

What is the payment and cancellation policy?

We are only taking card payments at the moment, you are also able to pay via gift card.

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your treatment without charge. If you're feeling unwell, please do not attend your treatment and let the spa know as soon as possible. Occasionally, we may have to reschedule an appointment if no therapists are available, however we will try to provide 24 hours notice.
