We use an amino acid cleansing system that gently cleanses the skin without stripping natural oils, helping to maintain balance and support overall hair health. This helps respect the skin barrier and are suitable for daily use. Our formulations are also vegan and free of parabens and mineral oils.

Is this product suitable for sensitive skin?

This formula is designed to be gentle and skin-respectful, using naturally derived ingredients, amino acid cleansers, and botanical extracts that help support the skin barrier. We don't use any sulfates or silicones to ensure our products are non-drying. However, as with all skincare, we recommend checking the full ingredient list and carrying out a patch test if you have known sensitivities.

Is this shower gel gentle enough for daily use?

Yes - these shower gels are designed for daily use and are both sulfate and silicone-free. The amino acid cleansing base creates a softer, more skin-respectful lather than traditional sulfate formulas, helping to cleanse without disrupting the skin barrier. Skin feels refreshed, clean, and comfortable after every use.

Are the fragrances synthetic or natural?

Our original fragrances were inspired by the walled garden at Babington House in Somerset. Each scent is designed to deliver a sensorial experience, from the calming lavender & eucalyptus of Relax, made for moments when everything feels a little too much, to the energising lemongrass, ginger, & rosemary of Active. Across the range, our formulas are designed to be both effective and considerate, using amino acid cleansing systems, moisture-locking complexes and UK-grown botanicals to support healthy, balanced skin. Love the fragrance and the new look is a nice change, the only complaint I have is that the bottle is very hard to squeeze if you have arthritic hands - can you please put a pump with it rather than having to pour/squeeze.

Hice but the fragrance is very weak

Had this on subscription for years but just received my first bottle with the new branding and it doesn’t smell like the same product. Before it was a really clean smell and now it smells smokey and more woody. It’s not terrible but I loved the old scent. Been trying to change the product in my subscription but looks like I’ll have to cancel and start again so gonna go to the house to see what the others smell like since the rebrand because I don’t want to risk another 500ml!
