My review started as a 1 star. You can see the original review below. I’ve amended it to 5 stars based on the responsiveness of the customer service team. Lizzie in Customer Support was extremely helpful and professional. I was offered a replacement item or a gift card, I opted for the replacement item. This level of support is what reinforces customer loyalty.

The product is visually appealing and worked well initially. Unfortunately, it broke within 2 weeks with limited and standard use. The large roller disconnected from the metal tines and dropped out. The tiny plastic inserts that fit inside the large roller then also dropped out. It’s a shame as I expected better from Cowshed.

Lovely and cooling on the skin

This jade roller feels like it is smoothing out my skin as I roll it gently over my face. I’ve never tried anything like this before but I really like it. This combined with taking up tai chi has made me feel very zen!

I find it help absorbing the facial moisturiser better and it's a good massager at the end of the night. It's very cooling and relaxing.

Beautifully made

I'm so pleased with the jade roller. It's a nice weight and is well made. The roller stays refreshingly cool and makes for a good facial massage.
