Cowshed Advent Calendar Golden Key Promotion Terms
1. Eligibility
1.1 The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
1.2 Employees of Cowshed, Babington House, Soho House and their associated companies, agencies or suppliers, together with members of their immediate families or households, may not participate.
2. Promotion period
2.1 The promotion opens on September 2026 and closes on 30th January 2027
2.2 Only eligible Cowshed Advent Calendars purchased from www.cowshed.com during the promotion period are included.
2.3 Advent Calendars purchased from third-party retailers, resellers, Cowshed spas or any other website are not included.
3. How the promotion works
3.1 Two physical Golden Keys have been placed at random inside two eligible Cowshed Advent Calendars before dispatch.
3.2 Each Golden Key entitles one verified winner and one guest to one prize.
3.3 No additional entry fee is charged. The Advent Calendar is sold at its normal advertised price and its contents are not reduced or changed because of this promotion.
3.4 An Advent Calendar may be purchased as a genuine gift. The lawful recipient of an Advent Calendar containing a Golden Key may claim the prize, subject to these terms.
3.5 A Golden Key and the right to claim the prize must not be sold, auctioned or otherwise transferred after it has been discovered.
4. Claiming a Golden Key
4.1 Anyone who discovers a Golden Key must contact the Cowshed Customer Service Team by 30th January 2027.
4.2 The potential winner must keep the original Golden Key and provide:

4. Claiming a Golden Key
4.1 Anyone who discovers a Golden Key must contact the Cowshed Customer Service Team by 30th January 2027.
4.2 The potential winner must keep the original Golden Key and provide:
- A clear photograph of the Golden Key, card and hamper
- The unique code written on the card
- Proof that the eligible Advent Calendar was delivered to or lawfully received by them e.g order number/ sender details.
4.3 Cowshed may require the original Golden Key to be provided before confirming the winner.
4.4 Once a claim has been verified, Cowshed will contact the winner by email. The winner must accept the prize within 14 days of the notification email. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be forfeited.
4.5 If an Advent Calendar is returned for a refund before the prize claim has been verified, the Golden Key must also be returned and no prize may be claimed. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights where the Advent Calendar is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
5. The prizes
5.1 Each prize consists of:
4.4 Once a claim has been verified, Cowshed will contact the winner by email. The winner must accept the prize within 14 days of the notification email. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be forfeited.
4.5 If an Advent Calendar is returned for a refund before the prize claim has been verified, the Golden Key must also be returned and no prize may be claimed. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights where the Advent Calendar is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
5. The prizes
5.1 Each prize consists of:
- One night’s accommodation at Babington House, Somerset for the winner and one guest
- A room-only stay
- A midweek stay from Sunday to Thursday
5.2 Each stay must take place between 1 January 2027 and 31 March 2027 inclusive.
5.3 Each prize has an approximate value of more than £700.
5.4 The prize does not include Babington House or Soho House membership and does not provide access outside the arrangements made for the stay.
6. Booking and availability
6.1 The stay is subject to availability and must be booked at least one month in advance.
6.2 Friday and Saturday night stays are excluded.
6.3 The stay must be booked and taken within the period stated in clause 5.2. If the winner does not take the stay by 31 March 2027, the prize will be forfeited unless Cowshed agrees otherwise in writing.
6.4 The winner and their guest must comply with the applicable rules and policies of Babington House during their stay.
7. Costs not included
7.1 The prize covers accommodation only.
7.2 Travel to and from Babington House and any transport during the stay are not included.
7.3 Food, drinks, breakfast, minibar purchases, spa treatments, Cowshed treatments and all other personal expenses or additional charges are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
8. Prize restrictions
8.1 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
8.2 No cash or other alternative will be offered.
8.3 The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their guest are available to travel and meet any requirements imposed by Babington House.
9. Verification
9.1 Cowshed may reject a claim where it reasonably believes that:

- The Golden Key is not genuine
- The claimant did not lawfully receive the relevant Advent Calendar
- False or misleading information has been provided
- The Golden Key has been sold, transferred, copied or tampered with
- These terms have otherwise been breached
9.2 Cowshed’s reasonable decision regarding verification of a Golden Key will be final.
10. Changes outside our control
10.1 Cowshed may amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion only where reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside its control. Where possible, Cowshed will ensure that eligible participants are not unfairly disadvantaged.
11. Liability
11.1 Cowshed is not responsible for any costs not expressly included in the prize.
11.2 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Personal information
12.1 Personal information provided in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the promotion, verify claims and arrange the prizes in accordance with Cowshed’s Privacy Notice.
12.2 Winner details will not be used for other marketing purposes unless the winner has separately agreed to this.
10. Changes outside our control
