As we avoid artificial preservatives and use natural essential oils in our diffusers, the oil colour can vary and may appear darker than others on the market.

Always ensure your diffuser is placed on a protective plate on a stable surface to avoid spilling and staining surfaces. Ensure the reeds and diffuser liquid do not come into contact with other materials, such as painted or polished surfaces, wallpaper, or curtains as this may cause staining.

We offer next-day delivery via DPD for orders placed before 12PM, as well as delivery to a DPD pick up location (in case you need to hide a gift...). Gift notes are also available at check out.

How do I get the most out of my diffuser?

Your fragrance sticks are special rattan sticks, which draw the wonderful scent up naturally and then spread it evenly. It is therefore not necessary to turn the sticks regularly.
The air circulation in your house is extremely important to extend the lifespan of your sticks, preferably place these in a place with limited airflow so that the fragrance dissipates less quickly.
While the scent ensures a warm atmosphere, their lifespan is shorter if they are located near a heat source.

Do you offer diffuser refills?

At the moment, we do not offer refills for our diffusers.

Is this product vegan?

Yes - this formula is vegan, with no animal-derived ingredients, and is certified cruelty-free. Our formulations are also free of parabens, mineral oils, sulfates, and silicones. We manufacture in the UK and use high-quality, plant-based ingredients inspired by Cowshed's British spa heritage.

Does this product contain parabens?

No, our full range is free of parabens and mineral oils. Cowshed products are vegan, sulfate-free and silicone-free. We are also gluten-free and certified cruelty-free.

Is this product sulfate free?

Yes, all Cowshed bath and shower gels are both sulfate-free and silicone-free. We use an amino acid cleansing system that gently cleanses the skin without stripping natural oils, helping to maintain balance and support overall hair health. This helps respect the skin barrier and are suitable for daily use. Our formulations are also vegan and free of parabens and mineral oils.
