Remove all packaging before lighting.
Upon first use, allow the candle to burn for a minimum of 2 hours or until a uniform wax pool has formed. This will set the ‘candle memory’ and will ensure good burn performance throughout the lifetime of the candle. This will also minimise instances of ‘tunnelling’.
Burn candle in an area free from draughts. For best results, burn your candle for at least 2 hours but no more than 4 hours at a time. Do not burn a candle for less than 1 hour, even if the candle memory has been set. Allow the wax pool to solidify completely before relighting the candle. Keep wicks trimmed to 5mm at all times to avoid smoking. Stop use when 10mm of wax remains. Keep wax pool free from debris such as match heads.
Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a candle unattended. Keep a minimum distance of 10cm between burning candles. Keep candle away from flammable materials, sources of heat, overhanging objects and polished surfaces. Never put in a warm place as this can cause the candle to overheat.
