COVID-19
We have taken extra measures to safeguard our guests prior to
your appointment and kindly ask the following:
For the safety of our guests and team, if you or a member of
your household has developed any of the following symptoms: cough,
fever, breathlessness, headaches, sore throat within the last 7
days please contact us prior to arrival of your appointment. As a
gentle reminder, if you or any member of your household has
recovered from any of these symptoms within the last 14 days we
also recommend you call us prior to arrival.
We have amended our operating procedures, in response to
COVID-19. These amended procedures have been implemented to ensure
our guests are safe and protected throughout their spa experience.

Arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to register. A
surgical mask or N95 mask (FFP2) is mandatory for every customer at
Cowshed.
Customers must present evidence of complete COVID-19 vaccination
with the second dose having taken place at least 14 days prior to
arrival. Or, one of the following in the form of a valid QR code
together with ID:
- A positive PCR test; minimum of 28 days and maximum of six
months
- A positive PCR test; older than six months, plus proof of one
COVID-19 vaccination
And
- Proof of a negative COVID_19 test prior to all treatments
If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened out of
consideration for the next customer.
Health Conditions
When making your booking please advise us of any health
conditions and any medication you are taking. For certain medical
conditions we will require written permission from your doctor to
proceed. Please speak to our spa or House Help team for more
information.
Pregnancy
We are proud to offer a specialised menu of maternity
treatments. Inform your therapist if you are pregnant to allow us
to tailor your experience. Please note our pregnancy and safety
policy: no treatments can be given in the first 12 weeks of
pregnancy.
Age Policy
No one under the age of 14 is permitted in our Cowshed spas. Our
treatments are specially tailored for adults; however, we do offer
treatments to those aged 16-18 with parental consent.
Accessibility
Some of our spas have wheelchair access and all of our spas are
suitable for people with visual or hearing impairments. For
specific information please contact the venue you would like to
visit.
Therapists
If you would like either a female or male therapist, please let
us know when making the booking.
Spa Etiquette
Although we encourage social grooming we request that you
refrain from using your mobile when in our spas.
